Indie Style.

Indie Style
Sigue habiendo varias bandas indies hasta la médula, muchas de ellas pioneras, etre las que encontramos a: The Killers, Modest Mouse, Oasis, The Strokes, Death Cab For Cutie, The Walkmen, Blur, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Franz Ferdinand, Babyshambles, Vampire Weekend, Bloc Party, Artic Monkeys (demasiado comerciales, pero un icono del estilo), Dirty Pretty Things, Rooney, The Subways, Spoon, The Kooks, Kings of Leon, The Thrills...

Indie StyleThe term "indie" has past and the "vintage", which until recently nobody had ever heard, and now is a bag that fits in all types of clothing, music, gadgets, movies ... In fact, indie initially called the alternating groups of the late 80's, they could not identify with any particular style and drank countless sources of inspiration. All had one thing in common: autonomy, Indepencia, the "do it yourself."But today is a very general term, under which are included styles, bands and suburban cultures, in my opinion, differ much from each other. There are still several indie bands to the core, many of them pioneers, they find etre: The Killers, Modest Mouse, Oasis, The Strokes, Death Cab For Cutie, The Walkmen, Blur, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Franz Ferdinand, Babyshambles , Vampire Weekend, Bloc Party, Artic Monkeys (too commercial, but a style icon), Dirty Pretty Things, Rooney, The Subways, Spoon, The Kooks, Kings of Leon, The Thrills ... Also great alternative rock bands are sometimes stuck in the same bag, such as The White Stripes, Eagles Of Death Metal, Radiohead or The Hives, among many others. Some are inspired by the country as Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, others are close to pop as Rooney, others are melancholy as Death Cab For Cutie, and others are simply indescribable as Modest Mouse. In any case are different sounds, little is closer to the typical business groups that we hear on the radio success. Eclectic, people and above all original, like fashion that identifies them.

Striped shirts, converse, skinny jeans, plates, glasses way-farer, shoulder bags, prints of any of the aforementioned bands, skirts, leggings, neckties, extra long scarves, hats and American are some items that identify the style Not to be confused with the EMO, punk or neo-pop (type Agyness Deyn), because although it is true that at first glance share many details, the indie has a touch more bohemian underground. And how to get it? Well just letting your imagination, mixing and matching thousand different sources and without losing a touch retro.
